This unit designed to introduce students to the concept of logistics in its widest sense and to some of the general practices that are important in every part of the logistics working environment.
The purpose of this unit is to introduce students to the importance of customer service and the principles of marketing. Starting with classifying customers into internal, business to business and the general public and how these should be individually treated.
